2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on bq111, you must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person or household, they will be closed and bonuses may be cancelled.

• Accounts may not be transferred or rented to any other person.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure safe and transparent service, bq111 may request documents for identity verification at any time. If the required documents are not submitted on time, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be temporarily closed.

• A copy of a national ID card or passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at bq111, you will receive a 100% bonus up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The bonus applies only once per account.
• Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is completed may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers.

• Bonuses cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.

• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play.
• Decisions regarding VIP benefits are at the discretion of bq111.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bq111 platform. Violations of these rules may result in account closure and legal action.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting hacking or cyber attacks.
• Attempting unauthorized modifications to the platform's software.
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Misconduct toward the support team or providing false information.
• Attempting to manipulate game results using third-party software.

If any of the above activities are detected, all balances in the relevant account will be forfeited and legal authorities will be informed if necessary.

8.1 Account Closure by bq111

bq111 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Extended period of inactivity.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All approved balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered the original document. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
